Hey everybody! The meeting with 157 today made me realise the importance of having long-lasting friends! So I decided to blog about this historic day, which coincidentally, is also the opening day of the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games! I missed the opening ceremony! Shall watch the repeat telecast tmr! Oh btw, if you guys are interested, you can check my twitter page for more updates regarding my whereabouts for the past few months.
Now back to my point. Even though we don't meet often, there is never a moment of awkward silence whenever we gather together. And I will never forget this very day, when I was forced by jning to go for choir when unfortunately, it wasn't in my plan at all. haha. But I'm not regretting though, because Sensei was present for the entire practice. (: Things could have turned sour if she wasn't there. Just felt slightly pissed off as my mood was ruined by Ms Sing-out-loud aka Ms tone deaf. Nice name huh. Fits her perfectly. Well, why am I complaining? You need to know that when you have someone who's tone deaf blasting at your ears, it's very harmful for one of your five senses, which is hearing. Thus it indirectly affects your pitch. Come on woman, you need to know when to keep your volume down! I can finally understand how telling someone her mistakes is so difficult because they'll repeat the same ole errors the next time you stand and sing next to them. So my resolution for the upcoming concert is not to stand next to this woman. AND some of her fellow counterparts. This must be a conspiracy to overthrow the Alto section. But too bad, we've got the power clique who'll most likely cover the blatant voices(I hope and pray).
Oh, and for once I was early for our meet-up! How amazing right? It's definitely a day to remember.
Now plans for tmr, shopping and watching Click Five at night! Can't wait!! ( : So have a good weekend and week ahead! I should be doing up some posts on my long overdue South Africa trip soon! Cheers!!!
