Fireworks signified the end of Mayday's concert. I thought it was a tad disappointing, but nevertheless, it was good, incredibly entertaining. ( : However, if I were to compare the first DNA concert which was held at the Indoor Stadium last year, with this year's spectacular line-up, the latter definitely paled in comparison.
Length of the concert- It was approximately one hour shorter than last year's concert.
Time taken to enter the venue- probably one hour longer than the previous year.
Air conditioning- natural breeze can never compare to artificial coldness.
Choice of songs and transitions between them- We already have an idea of what songs they were going to sing. I remembered guessing the title of every song with Siewy last year whenever they began to play some familiar tunes at the start of each. So it's less of a surprise this year.
Other than the reasons mentioned above, the concert last night was worth remembering, mainly because it was the first ever outdoor concert for Mayday in Singapore. Highlight of the night was really the last song and fireworks. I'm just being picky. Sometimes it's better not to have high expectations, lest you get disappointed.
I truly wonder if this is sign of withdrawal.
HAHA, well, they'll be performing for me again in June! YAY! Wait for me!
